How do you capture media?
We take the pictures using a UAS (Unmanned Aerial System) also known as a Drone. The video is high quality (4k, Ultra HD and shoots at 30fps). From this we can capture high quality photos (20 MP).

Is a "UAV" safe?
Yes, I have six years+ of flying experience and am a registered and certified operator with the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration). None of the aircrafts in our fleet have ever had an issue due to pilot or aircraft failure.

What is the inclement weather policy?
We will not fly during any kind of rain, snow, hail or any other object that may be falling from the sky. Also, if wind speeds exceed 15 mph, we will only fly up to 150 feet above ground. Wind speeds exceeding 25 mph we will not fly at all.
There is typically no charge due to inclement weather.

Do you share or publish my property anywhere?
Unless pre determine with the client, all photos and videos taken are property of PGH Aerials (Williams Aerial Photography, LLC). This means we give them to you to utilize how you wish, but we may also use the media for marketing purposes. However, public spaces such as schools, stores, industrial buildings and restaurants do get posted often. Google Maps also uses our media of public spaces often too, do not be surprised if the building turns up on Google. Unless posted on Google, your address will remain confidential, however some stores have clear identification and we will not censor any information. Above all, we reserve the right to post media, in any form of publication including this website and on flyers, without notification.
